Travel
We have a number of members who volunteer to run a variety of day trips throughout the year. We may also arrange longer excursions to more distant parts of Spain, with relevant hotel accommodation, some with meals included.
Poetry for Pleasure
Poetry for Pleasure is a very informal group, which always welcomes new members and new ideas. Everyone is welcome to bring along a poem they would like to share with the group.
Mahjong
Mahjong was developed in China during the Qing dynasty. Mahjong means “sparrow” from the twittering sound of the tiles on the board, is also known as the game of Four Winds.
Mexican Train
Mexican Train is played with dominoes where players form ‘trains’ from numbers and colours. It’s a fun game with a great atmosphere so why not give it a try. Just turn up, play it once and see if you like it.
Live Model Art
A self help Group who draw, sketch and paint live models. New members always welcomed and we always need volunteers to sit for us.
