20 members enjoyed the presentation by Peter Atkinson this morning is which he gave us the background history to the Mores in Spain over the centuries, which left a legacy of buildings and architectural style across many towns and cities.
We marvelled at the intricate decorations on the inside and outside of many buildings often in carved wood and bricks or in colourful displays of patterned tiles.
Peter was thanked by everyone for such an interesting and informative talk and for his excellent photos of the many buildings he has visited.
We are all looking forward to his next presentation whether it’s by Zoom or in person.
