It was a close finish for top honours in the latest Javea U3A Quiz Night contest at the Golf Club – with just two points separating the winning team and the runners-up.

A total of eight teams competed in the first quiz of the year, run by new group leaders Peter and Gill Atkinson, and everyone agreed it was great success – and the meal served up by the golf club caterers was a hit too!
