Next Family History Meeting

The next Family History meeting will be next Tuesday 16th April at 3pm.

The speaker at our meeting is Keith Smith, a stalwart of our Group. Keith’s subject is “On Convict Transportation – linking it into my tree. One of my ancestors had a shop in London in 1840 and he was a victim of crime several times and one of the perpetrators was transported. I then followed his journey to Tasmania.”

Please note that the venue will not be held in the Parador but will take place at the Jávea Bridge and Computer Club in Centro Comercial La Plaza, Carrretera del Cap de la Nau, Jávea (Opposite Humpty Dumpty’s).

The Jávea Bridge and Computer Club is situated in the rear of the centre at the far right. There is a door clearly marked Jávea Bridge Club.

There is a small charge to use these premises so we will collect €2 per person at the meeting.

If you have not attended before, please email the Group Leaders, Lorely Griffiths and Jean Miller on family.history@u3ajavea.com to make sure there is space for you.
