Talking Art – Bauhaus German Art School
By popular request
The next talk will be on the 24th February, all being well. We will be looking at the Bauhaus, the influential German school of art founded by architect Walter Gropius and which first flourished in the Weimar Republic, until forced to close by the Nazi regime. However, many of it’s tutors moved on to the UK and the USA, providing inspiration to subsequent generations.
