Water Therapy is lead by Toni Westerholm, a Swede who has 50 years of experience in the benefits of cold water immersion.
Of course, the sea here in Jávea isn’t that cold in the summer! But there are still many health benefits to being in the water and when the winter comes there will be opportunities for working with colder water.
The Group meets every week at 9am at La Grava Beach in the Puerto (Guardian del Mar) next to Cala Bandida/Beach House. After the swim, the Group heads to a local restaurant for a drink and a chat.
