Las Ramblars – Vall de Cavall Loop
Report and Photos by Wendy Ranger
After the disappointment of having to cancel last week’s walk due to the weather, it was decided that this week’s walk would go ahead, and we were advised to bring wet weather gear just in case. You could hardly see the Montgo when we started, and I decided to take the group photo as we left the cars in case it started to rain later. But it didn’t, and in fact it got brighter. There were some puddles on the walk, and we had to hop on stepping stones to cross the barranca, but the rest of the walk was on good fairly dry paths. A nice little group of 12 of us made the effort – many thanks to Tom for leading us Xx
Next week’s walk
Rafalet and Las Laderas
Walk Description: A nice ramble along the paths and back roads of Rafalet and Las Laderas. A couple of relatively small inclines, with some rocky paths. A walking stick is recommended for parts of the walk. About 1 hour, 30 minutes. The walk will be led by Ally.
