Gata de Gorgos Hills and Valleys (Dirty Pond)

As rain had been forecast for this morning, we all turned up with cagouls and umbrellas and, guess what, it didn’t rain!! In fact it was just perfect weather for our walk around the hills of Gata. It is called the “Dirty Pond” walk, but today it was very clean, and in fact had thousands of tadpoles swimming around in it. This is a lovely time of year as there are lots of wild flowers about, but beware dog owners, as we also saw a train of the processional caterpillars. Thank you Ally for leading us today.

Pinomar and Val de Sol
This is a walk which will take us around the Pinomar and Val de Sol areas, through woodland and providing wonderful views north towards the Montgo and the coast. Wendy will lead this walk.
