John Reynolds gave an excellent presentation, entitled The Autumn Colours of Japan, at the September Travellers’ Tales meeting.
It was a particularly exceptional talk considering John was hampered by technical difficulties which meant he was unable to refer to any notes and was without a microphone!
Despite this, his on-screen presentation lit up the Javea Players Studio with the beautiful colours of autumn and the audience showed their appreciation.
The show featured a cruise which John and his wife Jane went on in 2018. They went on a number of excursions, exploring cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Kagoshina and Okinawa as well as the famous Mount Fuji.
Group leaders Angela Chantry and Tony Dearie presented John with a bottle of wine in appreciation of his enlightening talk.
