Spanish Culture & Cuisine group leaders Angela Chantry and Tony Dearie handed over a cheque for 450 euros to U3A President Claude Grealy at their Travellers’ Tales December meeting towards the Make A Smile charity collection .
The money was raised by members on various SC&C trips during the year.
Claude said the money would bring joy to children supported by the charity this Christmas.
