The first quiz of 2025 took place at the Javea Golf Club on Tuesday 28 January and was attended by 42 eager contestants forming 7 teams of 6 or 8 members.
As well as testing their brains intrepid members enjoyed a tasty two course dinner with wine during an interval.
Mike Frost, ably assisted by Katrina, returned as our first Quizmaster of the year just as he did last year. It was a relaxed and friendly evening with interesting questions and something for everyone.
The results were close, but our winning team was Stupid but Saveable with runners up The Bright Stars hot on their heels.
Our next Quiz Night will take place in March, with details published nearer the time.
