In April 2023, after many years at the Inn on the Green, Jávea Green Bowls Club found themselves homeless. The owner of the property had sold it to be redeveloped as the Grand Cafe Flo.So began a journey to find a new home in Jávea. Dear Friends, One year ago, we launched our Member Support Network, with the intention of assisting those who suddenly found themselves in a difficult or vulnerable situation, and being unsure where to turn, whom to ask, or how to find help. Since then, we have helped the families of those in hospital, those coming out of hospital, those lacking Spanish or unsure of the health ‘system’, and those simply wondering where they might find help.
