U3A Line Dancing – Every Thursday, 10:30–12:00 at Paris 24
Looking for a fun way to keep active, meet new people, and start your Thursday morning with a smile? Come along to U3A Line Dancing at Paris 24.
For just €3, you can enjoy 90 minutes of music, movement, and friendly company. We begin with easy-to-follow dances in the first part of the session, making it perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to learn the steps at a relaxed pace. As the class progresses, we gently build on what you’ve learned, adding a little more variety and challenge — but always in a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere.
Line dancing is a wonderful way to keep both body and mind active. It helps improve balance, coordination, and memory, while giving you light exercise that doesn’t feel like a workout. The music is upbeat, the steps are fun, and there’s always plenty of laughter along the way.
One of the best things about line dancing is that you don’t need a partner and you don’t need any experience. Just come along and join in — before long you’ll be stepping in time, enjoying the music, and making new friends.
And of course, the social side is just as important. After the session, many of us like to stay for a coffee and a chat, which is the perfect way to round off a friendly Thursday morning.
