Almost 100 U3A Jávea members gathered at the Pinosol Hotel for a relaxing afternoon in the bright sunshine. Steve Young, Communications Officer for the U3A welcomed everyone and hoped that they would all enjoy a plate of tapas and a cold drink on such a beautiful day.
And there was plenty to go round! The tables were groaning with some fantastic finger food and the queues were soon snaking around the room.
Steve was then delighted to introduce a special guest. Matt Mason is one of the Costa Blanca’s finest entertainers. His smooth tones were the perfect accompaniment as our revellers ate, drank and chatted their way through their sunny afternoon.
