Mike Frost is one of the most familiar faces in the U3A Jávea. As well as being Member #3, Mike was the founder of the U3A Jávea.
Mike is currently our Groups Coordinator. Which is a complicated title which means that, when necessary, he helps and advises our Group Leaders on the best way to set up and run their Groups.
Mike is also the leader of our Travel Group and the leader of the Live Model Art Group where he gets the chance to practice one of his passions in life, painting in watercolours.
Born in Oxford (a very long time ago according to Mike), he joined the Royal Navy in 1958 and trained as an electrician. He left the Navy in 1970 and joined Rank Xerox. In total, Mike spent 30 years in the photocopier business.
Mike and his wife Katrina moved to Javea in 2002 and they currently live in Jávea Puerto.
