She suggested talking about ourselves, our personality traits because what makes us so unique from each other is our personalities.

What do we know about it and how do we recognize ourselves? How did each of us develop so differently from one another, what things happened in each of our lives to mold us into the people we are today?

Most of us find we have different aspects of our persona that appear when we are in different situations, or with different people, 

We will discuss each of our different personality traits in different situations and this is the focus of our subject for the meeting.

But before we can have a discussion we have to understand more about ourselves.

The Meyer Briggs test and Big Five Personality test are quick and interesting insights to start with.
