Tasks and duties
- Research and implement the system best suited create and maintain the U3A Javea website.
2. Select the hosting service, purchase software and services required to implement and maintain the site.
3. Maintains the integrity of the website through appropriate security measures, software and regular backup procedures.
4. Train and support users at all levels in the maintenance, operation, content creation and updating of the website.
Skills and knowledge
- An up to date knowledge of IT and technological developments, to make sure that the website and U3A IT systems functioning in an optimal manner.
2. Good written communication, creating own content for the website and supervising the quality of content posted by others.
3. Capable of training users at various levels.
