Wine Appreciation
The Group meets on a monthly basis to discuss and taste wines of many types and from various regions. The group is for our enjoyment and fellowship while we taste some wine. There may also be occasional away-days to visit a region or a bodega.

Gewürztraminer, Xarel-lo, Bobal,Tempranillo, Keith and Trevor – WAGS TOO strikes again!
For the uninitiated, the first 4 names are all grape varieties and the last 2 the Group Leader of WAGS TOO, Trevor Rush and this month’s intrepid presenter, Keith Smith.

Ivan travels the Camino de Santiago with WAGS too!
WAGS Too enjoyed a pleasant paseo along the Camino de Santiago with their guide Ivan Hardsdal at K Ricco Restaurant in Jàvea Puerto. Ivan relived his journey along the Camino with a selection of wines that he had enjoyed whilst walking the Camino many years ago. WAGS too members got to try several lovely wines…

WAGs – Wednesday Meeting
On Wednesday last week members of WAGS met at their new venue in the port. Mac and Roger made a perfect double act as they introduced their chosen wines. These were tasted accompanied by some very tasty tapas. By the sight and sound of those present it certainly seemed that all were enjoying themselves.
