Following the recent request for volunteers to lead a new walking group, where several members share the role of group leader, we are pleased to announce we now have 4 volunteers to try this exciting challenge .
Each new group leader will regularly provide a different walk so as to give more options for you.
For example one leader will organise a casual Sunday morning walk from the Pueblo, through the orange groves to the Port. Another will organise a more serious walk of 2 to 2.5 hours. The other two leaders will offer walks between those two examples.
So there will be plenty of choice to suit everyone’s preference.
We now ask for expressions of interest in these walks by email to walking@u3ajavea.com
The names received will then be entered into a walkers e-mail group, and when the leaders plan a walk it will be offered to everyone in the group so they can choose whatever suits them.
