This year’s AGM will take place on Friday 31 January 2025 at the Casa de Cultura, Javea from 10.30am (doors open 10am).
Please note the day is different to normal.
In preparation for the meeting members are invited to nominate themselves for a post on the Executive Committee having regard to the following information:
President – Claude Grealy is willing to continue in post
Vice President – Krystyna Stefanczyk has resigned and Margaret March has volunteered to take on the role
Secretary – Margaret March is standing down and Gillian Flaxman has volunteered to take on the role
Treasurer – Henrik Rasmussen is willing to continue in post
Groups Coordinator – Mike Frost is willing to continue in post
Membership Secretary – Jim Short is willing to continue in post
Communications Officer – this role is being held vacant temporarily, whilst we review the duties and tasks required

The Agenda for the meeting and associated papers will be issued nearer the time, along with a form to book your place at the meeting or to vote online if you are unable to attend.
