It was a rather chilly Saturday evening but as warm as toast in Restaurante Amarre 152 where we all sat down for an excellent dinner with wine for the 2nd Dine & Dance get-together in the Javea Arenal. Our singer/DJ, James Hurst, soon had everyone on their feet, playing a great selection of music. Ross reminded the ladies of a time, many moons ago, when we all used to dance in a circle around our handbags which were placed in the middle of the group on the dance floor! (see the video clip).
It was a lovely evening, with a lot of laughs and a fun crowd! In a brief pause of the music for coffee to be served, Angela introduced Sue Vickers who will be leaving us all shortly and we wished her a fond farewell in her move to Kiama in New South Wales, Australia. Angela also thanked James for entertaining us all so well, and Janet and her team who served us with friendly smiles throughout the evening.
