With a great participation of eager attendees the wheels started rolling into a great afternoon.
Our esteemed presenter for the day was Dave Johnson esquire, who introduced the anticipating group to 5 wines, 2 whites and 3 reds, produced in the region of Ribera del Duero in Castilla y Leon.
Accompanying food paired by Elizabeth worked in unison with the aforementioned wines and everyone had a lovely afternoon.
On a special note, mention should be made for Sue Rogers who celebrated her birthday. We hope you enjoyed the apple Strudel 🥳

Karen gave an update on the future Bodega trip planned for June and finalised the day with a raffle leaving 5 group members happy with their prize from the excellent choice of wines chosen by Dave.
To conclude, a wonderful afternoon full of laughs and chat. It’s what life and the group are all about 😃
