Gata de Gorgos River Walk

On another blustery but sunny day 33 members met in Gata to walk across the dry riverbed, up to the bridge, along the riverside walk up to the viewpoint and then back. Lots of interesting things to see, including a small room with lots of hats, and a beautiful mural depicting a lady making a basket. The group photo was taken from the viewpoint overlooking the gorge and the town of Gata, where we also saw a beautiful almond tree in full bloom – Spring is definitely on its way!!
