WAGS Thursday – 4th December 2025

The WAGS Too members participated in their Christmas get together at Cala Brisa, in the Port. A showing of 43 members indulged in preferred Christmas fare and drinks, in a lovely, festive atmosphere. Trevor and his good lady Sally will hand over the reins to Karen who will be ably assisted by her husband Mark commencing January 2026. Following the main course Karen presented Trevor with a restaurant voucher for one of their favourite venues and Sally with a bouquet of beautiful flowers. 10 years in running the group is a wonderful achievement by both Trevor and Sally and as such Karen also presented them with a hand crafted photo album containing best wishes from members and photographs taken over the years of numerous attendees some of which are sadly no longer with us, lest in spirit. Tony also shared an anecdote of when he joined the group and he thanked Trevor and Sally for everything they have done.

Cherished memories and good times. A Christmas quiz, a good old sing song and a bottle of wine for each of us rounded off a lovely afternoon. A special thank you to Steve Young for taking the photos and to all the staff at Cala Brisa for the great food and service.

Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year to each and every member and we will see you all in 2026.
