Isabella Rossi who runs a chair yoga group which is held in the Dar community centre on the Jesus Pobre road , is offering a discount for u3a members.
The discount is 10% on the usual charge of 10€ for a one hour session.
The sessions will be held weekly on Thursday at 10am.
