Thank you to the 92 members who joined us for the SC&C Christmas Party and 10th Anniversary celebration in the Parador de Javea.
I regret to say that my camera was on the wrong setting so the photos which I took of everyone during the evening have not materialised, but many thanks to Christine Wood for sharing the lovely photo of some of the happy smiling faces, and to Alfred Ireland for showing us all in our party hats!
As it was the 10th anniversary of Spanish Culture & Cuisine, a special presentation of a bottle of wine was given to Sylvie Williams as a thank you for her long and loyal support of SC&C, and a donation of 450 euros on behalf of all SC&C members was made to the charity, Make a Smile.
and Paola & Hector (Duo Intermezzo), who gave such a lovely performance after dinner, emailed the next day to send their best wishes to everyone.
