We had a marvellous day yesterday! 
Raquel excelled herself and gave us a very informative tour and we learned lots of new interesting facts about the wine process, the best way to store wine, why they use screw tops and corks, etc, etc. Her 20 years of experience at the family run bodega shined through.
During the tour we tasted 3 wines with a small selection of almonds, cheese and hams.
We ended the tour with a full 3 course lunch while we tasted about 7 more wines!
It was a full and very enjoyable day and so far I have received nothing but positive feedback from many of the 46 attendees.
