La Plana and the Windmills

19 enthusiastic Walkers joined me today for a stroll around La Plana de San Geronimo. The weather was overcast but a perfect temperature for walking. We started from the picnic area at the lighthouse end, passing the monastery on our way to the windmills. Wendy couldn’t join us today, so I took a photo of wild fennel in bud (unusual) and a sea of white wildflowers just for her.

Las Ramblars – Vall de Cavall Loop. A nice scenic route along the banks of the dry river bed, behind Vall de Cavall and up and over the hill past the old monastery.
