Dear U3A Jávea Members
We now run 43 different Groups in the U3A Jávea and I’m sure that there is something to interest everyone.
I’d like to ask you to help me with an issue which has become a little more common recently. Many of our Group Leaders ask for you to let them know when you plan to attend a Group meeting. This is important as it enables them to plan seating and, if necessary, to start a waiting list if all places have been taken.
I completely understand that sometimes plans change or circumstances simply don’t allow you to attend a meeting that you’ve arranged to go to. Can I ask therefore that, if your plans change, you let the Group Leader know as soon as possible?
Our Group Leaders will thank you for this small kindness and help us to make attending one of our meetings as enjoyable as ever.
