Modern Sequence Dances are a form of dancing using ballroom steps as the basis for a wide variety of dances.
A number of U3A Javea members participate in this, but we would welcome more members.
John and Pat would love to welcome new members to this group and are very willing to help beginners to learn the dances.
Dance is the perfect exercise because it not only keeps the body active but it ensures that the brain keeps active too and is a great way to have fun and make new friends.
