Looking for a fun way to keep active, meet new people, and start your Thursday morning with a smile? Come along to U3A Line Dancing<\/strong> at Paris 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For just \u20ac3<\/strong>, you can enjoy 90 minutes of music, movement, and friendly company<\/strong>. We begin with easy-to-follow dances in the first part of the session, making it perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to learn the steps at a relaxed pace. As the class progresses, we gently build on what you\u2019ve learned<\/strong>, adding a little more variety and challenge \u2014 but always in a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Line dancing is a wonderful way to keep both body and mind active<\/strong>. It helps improve balance, coordination, and memory, while giving you light exercise that doesn\u2019t feel like a workout. The music is upbeat, the steps are fun, and there\u2019s always plenty of laughter along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the best things about line dancing is that you don\u2019t need a partner and you don\u2019t need any experience<\/strong>. Just come along and join in \u2014 before long you\u2019ll be stepping in time, enjoying the music, and making new friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And of course, the social side is just as important. After the session, many of us like to\u00a0stay for a coffee and a chat<\/strong>, which is the perfect way to round off a friendly Thursday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
