A very big thank you to all the members of the U3A Javea for such an incredible donation. I couldn’t believe it when I looked in the Make A Smile bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2099.59\u20ac will be added to our Christmas appeal and will be put towards treats and outings for the children over the holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are preparing for the children\u2019s carers visit tomorrow morning which will be chaos but in a good way. All the childrens presents have arrived, and we have sorted out vouchers for each of the homes. There is definitely going to be some happy faces!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you all once again for your continuing support – we very much appreciate it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you so so much Margaret, I received the money (1216,16\u20ac). Amazing and brought tears in my eyes.
I will use the money for a single Mum who is looking after her parents in Valencia. She should have moved back in her renovated rented flat last week but due to delivery issues of materials and weather circumstances she could not. Now she has to pay another month of double rent, due to season where they are now. I will pay her rent and give her food for the festive days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
