U3A<\/strong> J\u00e1vea Members’ Discounts<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Updated as and when requested<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This page gives details of the discounts available to U3A J\u00e1vea members. Many of these have been negotiated with the supplier to get the best terms for U3A J\u00e1vea members. The fact of a discount does not imply it is the best deal you can get – shop around!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discounts \u2013 Buyer Beware<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It should be noted that the offer of a discount is neither a promotion of an organisation nor a recommendation by the Committee and in all circumstances the phrase \u201cBuyer Beware\u201d should apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To obtain a discount, members should request their discount at the beginning of any transaction and be prepared to produce their membership card if requested. Discounts, unless otherwise stated, are for full price items excluding sale items, promotional items, special offers, items paid with vouchers or any other discounted items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The J\u00e1vea U3A and Committee cannot accept any responsibility for any problems that may occur with the purchase of any product or service. In the event of a problem the buyer should contact the supplier direct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of a problem not reaching an acceptable solution, the Committee invites the member to submit the details on the form HERE<\/a><\/strong> for their records. In the event of a number of problems with a supplier the Committee may take the decision to delete that supplier from the discount list. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
