The Committee have reviewed the procedure because we no longer have an online voting system for electing the Committee and they have agreed a new procedure with the Election Auditor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To see how the AGM will be conducted click here AGM Procedure<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n The key difference to other years is that we are reverting to a show of hands at the AGM but<\/strong> with members able to nominate a Proxy to attend and vote on their behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you wish to appoint a Proxy the form for doing this will be available after the 31 January 2020 when we have received all nominations for Committee posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Invitation<\/strong> to Nominate a Member for a Committee Post<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n For 2020 we need a new President because Val Dromgoole has decided not to stand again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All other members of the existing Committee are willing to stand for another year but of course any member may be nominated for any post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nominations for Committee posts must be made on the form published on the website here Nomination Form<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
