A 5 day, 4 night trip to Salamanca, with a day\u2019s excursion to Cacares mid-week, and a visit to the Royal Palace of Aranjuez on the day of the return journey. A brief outline of the proposal is set out below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 1 Monday 23rd<\/strong> Depart from opposite Interiors at 08.45 with pickups at J\u00e1vea Bus Station at 8.50, departing at 9.00 with a further pick up at Mas y Mas on the N332 at 9.15. The coach will depart at 9.20 prompt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travel by coach to Salamanca, pausing for lunch at a motorway service station on route. (including 3 comfort stops, the first of which will be at c10.00) Arrive at the 3* Hotel Rona Dalba in the centre of Salamanca at about 17.45. Note: accommodation is on a B&B basis so you are free to enjoy the many restaurants in Salamanca City Centre for your meals.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 2 Tuesday 24th<\/strong> Free day in Salamanca. Included will be an optional guided tour. The evening can be spent in the Plaza Mayor, a great place to visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 3 Wednesday 25th <\/strong>Leave Salamanca at 09.30 and travel to Caceres, arriving at about 11.30. There will be a guided tour around the town, taking in the views of the churches, Renaissance palaces and narrow cobbled streets. Make sure to visit the Plaza Mayor for a midday break. We leave Cacares at 16.30 and return to Salamanca at about 18.30. Free time in the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 4 Thursday 26th<\/strong> Free time to visit some of the interesting places in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 5 Friday 27th<\/strong> Leave Salamanca at 09.30, travel to Aranjuez. Arrive about 12.15 There will be an optional Guided tour lasting 1 hour (Price is \u20ac15 per person or \u20ac10 if you\u2019re over 65). Leave Aranjuez 16.15, arrive in Javea about 19.00 (including 2 comfort stops).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expressions of interest are invited from members for this 5 day, 4 night trip to Salamanca. As the trip has to be booked well in advance, prices are only for guidance but it is expected that the cost will be in the region of \u20ac420 p.p. plus an additional single room supplement of \u20ac45 per person per night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
