The February meeting of the Wednesday Wine Tasting Group (WAGs) was just the ticket for enthusiastic members, especially the lucky five who each went away with a bottle of wine as raffle winners.
Group leader Trevor Rush, dressed in a bright pink (aka rosado) shirt, presented two whites and three reds at the meeting and then handed out the raffle prizes.
Four of the wines came from vineyards in the Somontano region of north-eastern Spain, with the other one from the foothills of Albacete.
Once again, staff at La Cocina restaurant in Javea Port served up a lunchtime treat.
