Two teams shared the honour of finishing first in the Javea U3A September Quiz Night.

Both teams scored a brilliant 83% – yet this was only 8% higher than the lowest score on the night; a tribute to the excellent questions set by Peter and Gill. This was the fifth time that they have set the quiz in the past four years and their experience paid dividends in entertaining all present. Once again, the Golf Club’s kitchen and staff did us proud.
The next U3A quiz will take place on Tuesday December 10 – and this will be David and Hilary Grove’s last as Group Leaders.
New leaders will need to come forward if quizzes are to continue into 2020 and beyond ….. any offers?
