If you are a bridge player or someone who is a fan of the game, you may be interested in a special Christmas event.
Javea U3A member Neil Freeman, who used to help run the Social Bridge group for the U3A at the Parador Hotel in the early 2000s, is proposing to put on a Christmas Bridge Gathering at Gran Hotel, Sol y Mar, Calpe.
Neil is now a member of the Javea Bridge and Social Club.
The gathering has been a popular event for the past 10 years, but had to be cancelled last year because of Covid restrictions.
