Javea U3A’s very own centenarian, Betty Guinness, was presented with a special commemorative plaque by Cllr Doris Courcelles at her 100th birthday party at La Masena restaurant at the weekend. The U3A has marked the milestone by giving Betty a special gold membership card, the first ever presented in the association’s 14-year history.
