Check the amount being paid is correct

If the amount is not what you intend you can amend as follows:-

  • click/tap the number in the ‘Quantity’ column to increase or decrease, click update basket
  • delete any items that remain from earlier attempts to pay by clicking/tapping the red cross at the left of the item, click/tap update basket

Always have your phone to hand for authorising the payment. Your bank will have its own system for checking you are the cardholder. Some banks send a code by text message others ask you to open their app to agree it is you. Your payment will not go through if you can’t authenticate yourself.
